Refund and exchange policy: Self pay, cosmetic services, and products purchased for the Salon and Med Spa at Twin Cities Dermatology Center and on discounted promotions, specials, offers, or as membership plan offerings are not refundable unless there is a demonstrated harm or adverse reaction from the treatment. If this occurs, return to our Center to address the concern for the best outcome and healing process. Services are transferable to others if the treatment is appropriate for them and may be traded for other services if appropriate for the person at retail price or during the timeframe of promotions. Promotional purchases, prizes, and treatments expire after one year or as agreed to if not used or applied.
