Refund and exchange policy: Self pay, cosmetic services purchased for the Salon and Med Spa at Twin Cities Dermatology Center and on discounted promotions, specials, offers, or as membership plan offerings are not refundable unless there is a demonstrated harm or adverse reaction from the treatment. If this occurs, the Medical Director would evaluate the person to address the concern to ensure the best outcome and healing process. We recommend a medical evaluation before purchasing new services to learn more about them and to confirm whether they are right for you. Services are transferable to others if the treatment is appropriate for them and may be traded for other services if appropriate for the person at retail price or during the timeframe of promotions.
