Quick Tip: Seriously, get enough sleep!

It is not a coincidence that babies sleep so much. Sleep is essential for growth of cells and our body organs' ability to function. Skin is the largest body organ. Lack of sleep suppresses our immune system and can lead to skin changes in color, texture, potential rashes, and viral outbreaks (such as cold sores or shingles). While individuals may require different sleep durations, an average of at least seven hours of sleep a night is recommended for growth, rejuvenation, and healthy skin.
