We look forward to seeing you at Twin Cities Dermatology Center. We welcome commercially insured, self-pay, Medicare, and Medical Assistance patients. We have contracted with all major insurers to meet your medical health care needs.  While we welcome Hennepin Health patients to our Center, it will not cover your medical visit since it has not included us in its network. Please call us regarding any questions about medical coverage or payment for services.

Prepare for your visit

Please take a moment to review and submit the patient INTAKE FORM ONLINE before your visit to save time. Please provide an email address while booking your appointment online or via telephone. This will allow us to send you appointment confirmations and add you to our PATIENT PORTAL system. Through the Patient Portal, you can communicate with us after your visit, view your electronic health record, and make payments online. Please request that records be sent to Twin Cities Dermatology Center if you are transferring your care or if visit notes and pathology reports will be important to continue your care through the RELEASE OF INFORMATION form.

To your visit, please bring a government-issued ID and medical insurance ID card or plan information. There is complimentary parking and easy access to the Center.

Clinic visit cancellation and no show policy

In the event that you cannot attend your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel an appointment may also result in a no show fee. Presentation 15 minutes late for an appointment may result in appointment cancellation and charge of a no show fee. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of a scheduling conflict so that we may better serve you and reschedule your appointment. 

Inclement weather

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, your safety and the safety of our staff take priority. Please contact us regarding cancellations as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment to another time that is best for you. We will try our best to announce Center closures or delays as soon as they are known.
